# The Five Day Challenge

> Find the money at risk in three accounts. In five days. Free. Connect the three accounts that worry you most. Nupur Warke, Scallor's founder, runs every check herself. On Day 5 you have what each account is costing you, what it is holding up, and the record behind every dollar.

Scallor signs a mutual NDA before the firm connects anything. That is the only paperwork. Start: https://app.apollo.io/#/meet/1d0af/free_5day_challenge

## Who runs it

Nupur Warke, 17 years in delivery, fixing exactly the problems this challenge finds, from inside the firms it is built for.

- Led delivery through 5x growth in five years, without hiring in proportion
- Enterprise digital transformation implementations
- Cross-functional delivery teams
- Launched and scaled lines of revenue: accelerators, products, programs and services

## Here is exactly what happens

Four stages, five days. About 90 minutes of the firm's team, five days of Scallor's, $0.

1. **Day 0, kickoff and connect.** 30 minutes with the delivery lead. Scallor connects the tools and loads the exports agreed on the call. The only time the firm spends before Day 5.
2. **Days 1 to 2, Scallor loads and baselines.** Scope baseline from each SOW. Commitments both ways. Burn against progress. Scallor reads; nothing of the firm's changes.
3. **Days 3 to 4, findings surface.** Named. Dollar amount attached. Source record included. On Day 4 the firm sees the draft and corrects anything misread.
4. **Day 5, the readout.** One hour with the decision maker. Three accounts, each with its number and its next move. If one is clean, Scallor says so.

## What you provide, what Scallor does, what you get

**You provide**

- The three accounts, agreed on a 30 minute call before Day 0.
- Exports for the rest: the project or ticket export, the SOWs and change orders, and the timesheets.
- Read-only connections to tools the firm chooses: the Gmail label, the Slack channel, the Drive folder and the call recordings for each account.
- One delivery lead for the Day 0 kickoff and connect and the Day 4 draft. One decision maker for the Day 5 readout.

**Scallor does**

- Loads the three accounts into a Scallor workspace that is the firm's. Read only. Scoped to what was connected, nothing outside it.
- Runs every account against the checks Pulse™ runs: unpriced scope, late sign-offs, promises nobody priced, burn against progress, the tone in the firm's own email and chat.
- Prices each finding and traces it to its source line.
- Nothing goes to the firm's client. A person reads every finding before the firm sees it.

**You get on Day 5**

1. Money at risk, per account: what each one is costing you and what it is holding up, in dollars.
2. The reality gap: what is reported green against what the data says.
3. Stalled decisions: the sign-offs and commitments waiting on someone, who owns each, and what it holds up.
4. Scope creep, priced: the changes nobody raised, with change order language and an approximate cost.
5. Who should fix it, and how: the owner and the first move for each finding.

All of it in an account health report for each of the three. Yours to keep.

What it is not: an estimate of what the firm is losing. One confirmed number, traced to its source, beats any estimate.

Pulse™ reads eight sources in the product (Jira, Fathom, GitHub, Gmail, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce), flags and prices what it finds, and drafts the move. A person decides. Pulse™ does not draft change requests; every scope flag carries Convert to CR / Absorb, and the human converts.

## What it is worth: three ways to find out what an account is costing you

- **Wait for the quarter close.** Free. 90 days. You find out after the money is gone, from the invoice that got disputed and the margin that came back thinner.
- **Hire a delivery consultant.** $10,000 to $15,000. Three weeks. A deck, not the records. Interviews with the team, a view of one point in time, and a number nobody can trace.
- **The Five Day Challenge.** Free. Five days. Three accounts, every dollar traced to its source line, and a workspace the firm can log into on Day 5 with its own data in it.

## Why teams take this challenge

If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth five days to find out. None of it means something is wrong. It means nobody has checked, on the firm's own data.

1. The yes gets said on calls and in Slack, not in the project tool.
2. An invoice got disputed, and nobody could show the client where the extra work was agreed.
3. An engagement turned red in the monthly review and nobody saw it coming.
4. You have never measured unbilled work. You feel it at invoicing.
5. A sponsor went quiet, and the renewal conversation is coming.
6. You want the number before you ask for headcount, a tool, or a price rise.

Five days tells you which of this is real, in your own accounts, before you change anything.

## The client's data

- Three accounts only. Scallor never sees the rest of the book. The firm picks the label, the channel, the folder, the engagements. Nothing outside them.
- Read only, revoked in a click. Connections read, they never write. Scoped to what the firm chose, revoked from its own admin at any time.
- The redaction kit: the firm replaces its client's name with "Client A" before export, using a one line find and replace Scallor supplies. Dollar figures stay, names go.
- Deleted, with a certificate. If the firm walks away after Day 5, its data is deleted within 30 days and it gets the certificate.

## Questions

**What if you find nothing?** The firm hears that on Day 5, account by account, with the records checked. Scallor does not invent a problem to sell against. The firm keeps the three account health reports and has spent 90 minutes.

**Do we need a contract to start?** No. A mutual NDA before anything is connected, and that is all. No card, no commitment.

**Who is this for?** Teams who deliver client work: systems integrators and consultancies, software companies with an implementation team, managed services firms and agencies. The person on the call is usually the founder, MD or COO, or the VP of Delivery who sees the red engagement too late.

**What do you actually look at?** For each account: the SOW and change orders, the project or ticket export, the timesheets, the email label, the Slack channel, the Drive folder and the call recordings the firm connects. Never the rest of the book.

**How much of my team's time?** About 90 minutes. Thirty minutes with the delivery lead on Day 0. One hour with the decision maker on Day 5. In between, one email on Day 4 if anything was misread.

**What if you do find something?** Then on Day 5 the firm decides. Platform from $3,000 a month, run by its own delivery lead. Add Optimize from $4,000 a month more and Scallor works the queue beside them. Or neither, and the firm keeps the reports. See https://scallor.com/pricing.md

**Is this a sales pitch?** Day 5 ends with one question: Platform, Platform with Optimize, or neither. The findings are the same whichever the answer. The firm keeps them.
