## Founder

**Nupur Warke, Founder and CEO.** 17+ years in enterprise delivery across three continents, the last seven scaling a consulting firm and accountable for whether complex client implementations landed on time, on scope and on margin. 12 times Salesforce Certified Architect. Applied Data Science (ML and AI) at MIT, MBA in Corporate Finance, B.Eng in Electronics.

She looked for a system that could show where scope was slipping, where handoffs were piling up, and where decisions were being made without the facts. Existing tools reported where margin went after it was gone. So she built Scallor.
