# Scallor FAQ

## What is delivery intelligence?

Delivery intelligence reads the signal around client work (email, meetings, chat and documents) and turns it into a live position on scope, margin and client risk. A PSA, a PM tool and a CRM are systems of record: they hold what someone remembered to type in. The things that cost money are agreed elsewhere, in a call or a thread. Delivery intelligence reads that layer and puts a number on it while the decision is still open.

## Who is Scallor for?

Founder-led systems integrators, regional GSIs and boutique consultancies running several client projects at once, where the founder or MD is still pulled into delivery escalations and is the person who signs. Delivery needs to run on systems Scallor can read: a PM or ticketing tool, team chat, and SOWs that exist as documents. Scallor works with firms in North America, the UK, Singapore and Australia.

Not a fit: internal IT teams with no client contracts, firms running a single long project, and firms whose scope was never written down.

## How is the client risk score not a made-up AI number?

It shows its arithmetic. Every score expands into the signals behind it and is measured against that client's own normal. One signal alone is only a watch; elevated risk needs two or more signals agreeing. When evidence is thin, the score reads "not enough data" instead of guessing. Scores are at client and project level, never per person. Scallor judges each signal through how the project is sold: the same request is scope creep on a fixed-price project and billable on time and materials.

Scallor will miss things. It will not invent a number to cover the gap, and every miss a customer flags is used to tune what it catches next.

## Does Scallor monitor staff?

No. Scallor measures clients and projects, never individuals. There are no staff leaderboards and no per-person scores. Sentiment is read on client communication, not internal chat.

## Our project reporting is fine. What would we get?

A status report is an opinion. Scallor computes status from the evidence and finds patterns no single report can see, such as projects reported green while the work underneath is red, and work repeated across clients that could be packaged as a fixed-price offering.

## We already have a PSA. Why do we need this?

Keep it. A PSA shows where margin bled after the month closed. Scallor flags the change while it is still a conversation, so the firm prices the change order instead of absorbing it. Scallor sits on top of the PSA and the project tool and replaces neither.

## Is this another tool the team has to feed?

No. Scallor reads what is already in the tools the team uses. Nobody logs anything new. What comes back is a Monday morning brief.

## Our project data is messy. Does that break it?

No. Messy data is the normal starting point. Scallor works from signed documents and live conversation. Where evidence is thin it says so. No clean-up project is needed before starting.

## What does it cost?

$2,500 per month on the Founding Three plan, with $10,000 of leaking margin found in 30 days or every dollar back. Unlimited users. See https://scallor.com/pricing.md
